MEET OUR 2025 Facilitators & Staff

Meet the folks who will be organizing and facilitating our 2025 Jam Camps. Our facilitators, camp organizers/managers, and volunteers are passionate about music and excited to see you at Jam Camp this summer.

We’ve got more amazing facilitators & staff lined up for 2025, so stay tuned as we continue to add their bios to the site!

Stefan Bienz

Stefan Bienz (aka JC Soulshine, aka SewageSmell Maybel, aka Ritzy Glitzy Spider) will be rocking the low end at Jam Camp on the River as a Facilitator this summer! Stefan is one of the most generous, humble, and happy go lucky superstars you will ever meet, and we can guarantee you- when Stefan and his bass are in the mix- the sound is going.to.be.FIRE!

Bobby Bovenzi

One, two, come back in!! Master Rhythm Circle Facilitator, Bobby Bovenzi, will be Facilitating at BOTH Jam Camps this summer, bringing his high energy and contagious joy of rhythm to all! In addition to leading drum circles, teaching West African rhythms, dance, and song; Bobby is one of the 6 original founders of Jam Camp, and we owe him much gratitude for being a key factor in establishing the Jam Camp Community vibe!

Leo D.E Johnson

Meet Leo D.E Johnson- gracing us for a second time with his sweet, sweet sounds, and rock n’ roll energy! Leo will be Facilitating at Jam Camp on the River this summer for the first time, and we are STOKED to share the week with him. Leo will be offering small group lessons on the electric guitar, facilitating a song writing musical project group, and most certainly adding to the overall awesomeness of Jam Camp this summer!

Anna Lumiere

Anna Lumiere is a ray of sunshine that warms Jam Campers on a cloudy day; bringing fun, creativity, and sweet improvisational jazz into the mix wherever she goes. Anna offers lessons on the keys- both accordion and piano- and every once in a while blesses us with teaching a gem of a song. Anna will be Facilitating at Jam Camp on the Island this summer!

Graham Ord

Graham Ord will be sharing his love and expertise of winds and brass instruments as a Facilitator at Jam Camp on the Island this summer! Graham brings his many years of musical experience and knowledge to the jam, and can often be found geeking out on a totally obscure musical instrument, or improvising and creating new instruments with found objects!
